Roller coaster ride

We are in a world that is constantly outside of our control. We used to not able to depend on ourselves. We let it out, get hurt and then heal again. This is when we learn how to keep emotions to ourselves. I am not a very emotionless person, to the people I loved, I will tend to outburst my emotions. However, I tried my very best to suppress alone and to depend on myself instead of controlling what I can't. I want to be a private person, I want my feelings to be private.

I am still learning. Constantly riding a emotional roller coaster in my life. Sometimes I scared of it, sometimes I am proud of it. Sometimes it helps me, sometimes it kills me. Is a crazy ride I would say.

How do you move on?
